Time for Book Beginnings on Friday meme hosted by Becky at Page Turners! The weekly goal is to share the opening sentence of your current read, making sure that you include the title and author so others know what you're reading!
"There were only two kinds of people in our town. “The stupid and the stuck,” my father had affectionately classified our neighbors."
by Kami Garcia & Margaret Stohl
I actually started this book a couple of days ago, but have hardly had time to read more than a few pages. So far so good! I think the first line sets up the feel of the town pretty well! A great starting point. I am looking forward to reading the rest of the book. Maybe this weekend?
