Synopsis (via Goodreads): Half Summer faery princess, half human, Meghan has never fit in anywhere. Deserted by the Winter prince she thought loved her, she is prisoner to the Winter faery queen. As war looms between Summer and Winter, Meghan knows that the real danger comes from the Iron Fey, iron-bound faeries that only she and her absent prince have seen. But no one believes her. Worse, Meghan's own fey powers have been cut off. She's alone in Faery with only her wits for help. Trusting anyone would be foolish. Trusting a seeming traitor could be deadly. But even as she grows a backbone of iron, Meghan can't help but hear the whispers of longing in her all-too-human heart.

Scoot’s Review:
If you loved The Iron King, you will really love this continuation of the story. In The Iron Daughter the reader follows Meghan through more troubling twists and turns with the Fey. Meghan is trapped back in the faerie kingdom and has to deal with betrayal coming from all angles, confessions of love, and heart-wrenching battles. I enjoyed Meghan’s strength of character – even with her frequent jumps to conclusion. I liked being able to learn more about characters we already loved, and finding alternate sides to character’s we didn’t know so well. Of course Puck was there to lighten things up with his banter, and Ash was there constantly torn between duty and love. The Iron Daughter is a quick read because you won’t want to put it down until it is done! With plenty of new plot twists to keep you entertained, action, magic and romance The Iron Daughter is a great addition to your ‘to-be-read’ list.
