The Book Blogger Hop is a weekly event hosted by Crazy For Books!
"This weekly BOOK PARTY is an awesome opportunity for book bloggers to connect with other book lovers, make new friends, support each other, and generally just share our love of books!"
This week's question is:
"What book are you most looking forward to seeing published in 2011? Why are you anticipating that book?"
Ok, answering this question is pretty much impossible for me. There are TOO many books I am really excited about this year. After much deliberation I chose one, but if you ask me again in about five minutes my answer may be different. For now I am choosing:
Forever by Maggie Stiefvater
The thrilling conclusion to #1 bestselling Shiver trilogy from Maggie Stievater
In Maggie Stiefvater's SHIVER, Grace and Sam found each other. In LINGER, they fought to be together. Now, in FOREVER, the stakes are even higher than before. Wolves are being hunted. Lives are being threatened. And love is harder and harder to hold on to as death comes closing in.
I chose this book because I really can't wait to find out what happens with Sam and Grace. I have loved their angst filled romance from the beginning and I am crossing my fingers for a Happily Ever After. ...But I can't just leave it at that - so here are some other great books that I can't wait to read this year!
Series coming to an end in 2011...
The Death Cure by James Dashner
Where She Went by Gayle Forman
Demon's Surrender by Sarah Rees Brennan
Goliath by Scott Westerfeld
Must reads that are continuing in 2011...
Desires of the Dead by Kimberly Derting
River Marked by Patricia Briggs
Red Glove by Holly Black
City of Fallen Angels by Cassandra Clare
Magic Slays by Ilona Andrews
The Gray Wolf Throne by Cinda Chima Williams
Supernaturally by Kiersten White
Forever by Maggie Stiefvater

Stopping through via the hop! I haven't been able to read Cassandra Clare's Immortal Instrument series but they are on my list this year.

P.S. New Follower :) Looking forward to reading your blog!
I'm excited about "Forever" too, I really liked the first two books in the series, and the UK cover is gorgeous. (US one is pretty but I love ours!) I'm also excited about Lauren Oliver's "Delirium" - less than a week to go, hooray! But most of all I'm excited by all the books I don't know about yet that will take me by surprise when I chance to read them.
I'm really looking forward to Supernaturally too. Paranormalcy was such a fresh and fun read!
Thanks for commenting on my blog about my review Desires of the Dead. I hope you like it when you get to read it. :)
Can you believe I still haven't read Shivers and here you can't wait for Forever..lol I have it in my TBR pile though. :)
I'm looking forward to Forever - I wasn't entirely sold after Shiver but I really loved Linger. My pick was Red Glove - such an awesome series! I'm glad you mentioned it as well.
It's so hard to just pick one, huh? :) I hope you have a great weekend!
Thanks for stopping by my blog! I'm quite excited about Forever too - and definitely excited for Where She Went. I loved If I Stay, can't wait to find out what happens.
The book I’m most expecting in 2011 is by an author I crossed off my “Favorite author” list.
He’s back on that list now.
Who’s the author? Raymond Feist? What’s the book? A Kindgom Besieged.
