Jitterbugging our way to the Book Blogger Hop!

The Book Blogger Hop is a weekly event hosted by Crazy For Books!

Book Blogger Hop
"This weekly BOOK PARTY is an awesome opportunity for book bloggers to connect with other book lovers, make new friends, support each other, and generally just share our love of books!"

This week's question is:

"If you find a book that looks interesting but is part of a series, do you always start with the first title?"

Yes, I always start with the first book in a series.  I don't like reading books out of order, and I am willing to wait longer or search for the correct book for a long time before reading them if I have to.  For instance, I have one series that I read the first two books ages ago and I own the fourth book.  I have tried to find the third book and cannot find it ANYWHERE.  I have never gone back to read the fourth book because I CAN'T read the books out of order.  My OCD-ness won't allow it.

 How about you?

Hi there! I can't get myself to read books out of order, either! I'm so anal and obsessive about my books, from the way they're arranged on my shelf to keeping them in great condition, and reading out of order is something that's unimaginable for me.

Have a great weekend!

If you can't find a book in a series, you can always try your library. I did that once when I accidentally bought #3 in a series and didn't want to buy #1 and #2 later.... :)

Hey Scoot!

Ima old follower. However, I think we're identical with reading! I must read from the beginning and straight through. It must be the OCD thing! ;)

Have a great weekend!
